When we started training together, I was on the road to recovery after a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome. Iv been Working with Andrew for the past 18 months I initially only wanted to train for 3 months to get in the best possible shape for my wedding and a year and half later I’m still here, not only did he get me in the dress I dreamed of wearing, but we have continued to reach new goals and milestones. he has really Changed my views and outlook on health and fitness, he’s helped me turn this into a lifestyle and not a fad, I’m not the easiest person to train but he’s always very positive and patient I couldn’t recommend him enough

Iv been training with Andrew for 3 years now and previously had long term issues with my lower back iv invested a lot into chiropractors physio masseuses you name it, it has been a journey Andrew has always been extremely patient and his attention to detail is like no other I’m as strong as iv ever been we really got those foundations right and have learnt a lot about my body and training in general I’m now a level 3 qualified personal trainer but still train with Andrew once a week and believe I always will, I’m constantly learning and improving and have Andrew to thank for all the progress iv made
